The downpipe will fetch quite a bit of money for the rare metals. The exhaust I dunno, let me know if you find some use for it because mine’s just taking up a lot of space in my garage.
Can’t, there are no upgrades for the stock DI injectors. Only option when they max out is to add a second set of injectors in the intake runners (aka port injection)
I'm confused now. They're not gathering any information, it's not like sniffing garage door opener codes where they just read the code and then play it back later when you're not around. The communication between the car and transponder key is bidirectional and encrypted, sniffing it is...
I'm not sure what you mean, how is someone going to discretely steal your car while you're driving it?
The fact is that car theft using relay attacks is super cheap and super easy, you can buy a $100 kit on Amazon that lets you break into (can you even call it "break into" when all you have to...
The vibration motor is in the wheel (that wide arm at the bottom). When you changed the wheel did you move that motor over to the new wheel and plug it back in?
As far as I know there are no transponders that can prevent relay-style attacks, including ours. Essentially someone takes a laptop and RF transceiver and sticks it by the window in your house, then takes a second laptop and RF transceiver and goes up to your car. The two laptops/transceivers...
I have the NVS cabin brace and armrest cubby, fit and finish are perfect. I also have some smaller rexpeed stick-on pieces, but only ones that are small enough to not really notice any imperfections.
Looks to me like it might be rubbing on something. If it was alignment it should get progressively less worn as you move toward the outside of the tire, but the rest of the tire looks mostly evenly worn except that one inside corner.
@razorlab posted logs of wheel speed from the factory Supra ECU (via BM3 I presume) in this very thread. Maybe send that over to Ecutek to see what they have to say?
Squirmy, squirrelly, wriggly, unstable. Basically the wheel (and therefore the car) is able to move laterally while the tire stays still because the sidewall is ballooned out and isn’t able to hold the proper shape.
If it’s just to mess around with then I’m sure it’s fine
People have put 305s on the stock wheels, but my understanding is it’s not ideal. Handling suffers since they’re not sized right and the rear ends up squirmy. 295 is better.
