Yeah something doesn’t check out. Even if the camber did end up changing on track (like from bending something), the alignment guy would have no way to fix it since these cars don’t have any camber adjustment on the front (without aftermarket camber plates or LCAs).
I followed @Andrew4Supra ’s post and replaced with the OEM Z4 horn:

It’s not fully plug and play, but you just have to splice 2 easily-accessible wires once the bumper is off.
200tw won't do anything. I have 200tw tires on my car (RT660 in 295/35/19) with a measly 500whp and it'll light them up at 50 mph. Unless you want to start your races at 120+ you're going to need aggressive drag radials that wear out every few thousand miles.
I don’t know where you live or the fuel situation there, all I can say is that I’ve been running flex fuel for 2 years and I’ve only had to fill up with regular pump gas once, because I was just about out of gas when I got to the station and they happened to be out of E85 that day. Then again I...
How was I attacking? I’m just trying to bring him back down to reality. A power to weight ratio of 0.27 whp/lb is not going to happen for <$100k, certainly not in a quiet, daily driveable, family and road-trip friendly GT car. His requirements seem all over the map.
You said you need 900 whp in a 3300 lb Supra. The Tesla plaid is 1000 whp at 4800 lb, so by your own requirements it falls about 300 whp short and blows your budget by ~$50k out of box.
The 2023 demon makes ~750 whp on pump gas at 4300 lb, so it’s over 400 whp short and also blows your budget...
This looks really promising
What are the logistics like? Do you need to shut off the stock TC every time you drive in order for this to take over, or is the stock system just permanently disabled and this always runs things?
So…you want a summer road trip GT car with full A/C, quiet and comfortable for the family, with 1000 hp on 93 oct, for under $100k?
Lemme know when you find one, lmao.
Maybe you can find someone with a Bugatti that will let you borrow it for “favors”?
It's not that simple. That's a bit like asking "If the EPA requires that cars meet X mpg, then why don't manufacturers just build all cars to meet X mpg while keeping everything else about the cars the same as they always were?"
There are competing requirements at play. Long-term reliability...
Definitely on the front, you'll probably need to play with the endlink length to keep things from hitting. Too long and the sway will hit the lower arm, too short and it'll hit the tie rod.
While I don’t have any experience with cams on the B58, I do on other cars, and in my experience with engines that have variable valve timing and lift you don’t really get any lope from cams. My STI had big Kelford cams in it and it idled just like stock.
Like the other posters above, the adapter that came with my Garmin dash cam didn't work at all. I ended up buying this one and have had no issues:

I haven’t really weighed in here yet, deciding to just watch from the sidelines with some popcorn instead, so I guess here it goes.
I’m almost 40 and the Supra is the first AT vehicle I’ve ever owned, everything else going back to when I was 15 has been MT. For decades I have been adamantly...
