If they do come out with a manual Supra (which I believe to be true) I just wonder if it will be on some limited special edition 3.0 version and they jack up the price. Like the 2022 CF edition.
I hope not, but nothing surprises me anymore.
Some of his complaints were legit, and some were silly. Complaining about seat bolstering when you are clearly overweight and don't fit in the car very well is not the seats fault. Most sports cars have seats that suck you in otherwise you slide around everywhere. It's nearly impossible to...
Yes it's crazy times and I don't see it changing for another 6-12 months (assuming we don't have more challenges with future Covid variants worldwide). This is the very worst time to buy a new car it seems unless you can offset it with a trade-in/used car sale that makes up the difference.
Call around I know my local dealer said they have some coming in between Dec-Jan and that one was not sold yet. I suspect most of them will have a markup though.
Most likely, Subaru is really struggling right now with parts shortages. It just depends on how they allocate parts and if the GR86/BRZ is given priority over other vehicles. I doubt it. It seems like most car manufacturers are trying keep production of their most expensive vehicles going first.
No just the fronts, I’m doing the rears later this week. I’ll see if I can get to them for trimming but I’ll anticipate pulling the shock out. No big deal. The rears don’t loo too bad.
In my mind I was thinking I can just cut and trim the bumpstop with a razor while it’s attached to the shock. Just talk8mg the rears. As long as I can get to the bump stop portion I need to trim. But it may bebest just to remove the shock. It doesn’t look too bad.
Installed Whiteline adjustable endlinks, Whiteline adjustable front sway bar, and installed the Z4 Eibach lowering springs on the front. Waiting on SPL adjustable rear endlinks to install the rear lowering springs but should be this weekend.
Really happy with the changes. No clunking...
I installed Whiteline adjustable end links, and an adjustable sway bar along with the front Z4 Eibach springs. Springs were a little tricky at first because I was having a problem aligning everything perfectly while trying to slowly jack the front suspension up. But once I figured it out...
They just harden up in the cold and you have to account for reduced traction, braking, etc. As long as you drive conservatively you are fine (as you said as long as no snow or ice on the ground). But if there's even a hint of snow they are pretty useless.
It's made by Magna Steyr in Austria (which is going into Covid Lockdown), I am guessing few parts are made directly by BMW and are mostly sourced from other sources. Hopefully they can churn them out too. But yeah not really related directly to Toyota.
It's not BF but in the clearance section at Map Performance they have some SPL parts discounted. I purchased SPL rear swaybar endlinks for 37% off MSRP. Cheapest I have ever seen them new.
Explain to us why a business must explain their inner-workings on the internet for some random person who probably won't buy anything from them anyway?
At the end of the day does it matter why they changed their model/price? I mean it's cheaper and we have competition from multiple vendors.
