Any issues with noise with these springs? I know some people have had to order sleeves to put on the springs. But perhaps because these are not as aggressive of a drop you don’t need them?
I used to be only JDM then bought a C7 Z51 which really opened up my eyes to the Camaro and Mustang too. I’m not a brand loyalist at all. But I found myself missing a smaller, lighter, boosted car. The Supra really checks all the boxes for me. Ironically I sold my SS1LE expecting to buy a C8...
I owned a Camaro SS1LE (V8). The amount of crap from the V8 owners to the V6 and turbo 4 was ridiculous. Then Randy Pobst bought the 4 cylinder turbo Camaro 1LE manual and said that it was all the car he needed on the street or he would lose his license. Most of the loud mouths shut up...
Its probably regional. I’ve only seen 3 total in the CT and Mass area I drive in. I’m sure there are more, but I bet in warmer climate states where you can easily drive them all year you see a lot more,
Per the bolded I’m going to disagree as a car enthusiast. I’ve owed 5xRX-7’s (three gens including FD), 300z, Speed3, multiple WRX/STI gens, Focus RS, GT350, C7 Z51, Camaro SS1LE, FT86, Golf R, etc, etc.
I love my 2021 Supra. Honestly its right up there at the top of the list for me behind...
The MK5 Supra, in less than 3 years of sales, has already outsold the full 6 years of MK4 sales in the US (14,596 vs 11,239). The thing is that at this point we know supply is holding back sales. They likely would be selling 700-1000 a month easily if they had more supply. So in many ways the...
I have a friend who has one. He has serious traction issues launching the car Even stock. Obviously it’s not a drag car, but FWD still is a limitation.
Generally yes. But in this market 1-3+ year old used cars can cost as much or more than a new one. If anyone is going to take a bath on depreciation in a few years it’s people overpaying for used cars. So many people who financed and out little down on used are going to be underwater.
I went back and watched the Savagegeese review of the 2019 370 Nismo. They didn’t like the manual gearbox, didn’t like the steering feel and feedback, were concerned about the brakes and cooling at the track, and felt the Mustang and Camaro were far superior.
This is my concern with the new...
