There‘s no inventory. Autotrader shows 123 3.0’s available for the entire country. And some of those are likely sold or have deposits.

Autotrader isn’t very accurate. I’ve seen Supras on there, and when you go to the dealer’s website, the car doesn’t exist.

I waited for a car from my local dealer for a month and then decided to go on Autotrader and find a new one out of state. I brought it home a week ago today and I’m in love ?. I wonder if I was the 304th August buyer?

Lol. correct, for some reason I was looking for 2022 since the current new vehicles are 2022 models. Exhausted. My mistake.

For this type of car, correct. And I could care less what some may think. Love driving it and just plain enjoy the Supra. :^)

The MK5 Supra, in less than 3 years of sales, has already outsold the full 6 years of MK4 sales in the US (14,596 vs 11,239). The thing is that at this point we know supply is holding back sales. They likely would be selling 700-1000 a month easily if they had more supply. So in many ways the numbers are suppresed.

Now imagine if Toyota offered the MK5 in a manual? It could sustain 5-8K sales per year for the remaining 3 years.

14k cars sold and where are they? Its still a rare occurrence to see another MK5 on the road.
