Run that chargeback and let us know the shop, i'll gladly hose their google reviews haha. I got my 2020 supra the first week these things came out, and I had a local detailer do it. Ceramic coat was on point, my front ppf was 8/10 as he hand cut everything. Few bubble spots in corner but not...
Honestly both are great for intended purpose! I'd snag some shinetsu. Also I hear good things about Gummi Pflege Stift. Funny name but its also a similar use application.
Is it due to the handling changes? Up here in canada the efficiency mpg came back to what MY20 had. Maybe there are some more changes then they let out
Hmm, I'll ask around and see where people go in the GTA. But my honest advise would be to only go to Toyota dealership for any warranty concerns. Fluids and oil by yourself or through an independent shop. Also keep records of all oil purchased. Make sure C5 and SN standards are met for oil...
What exactly is your service needs? Simple oil change and filter? Did you get few free oil changes? If not, I'd suggest getting basic service from a reputable performance shop. Will likely cost the same or even cheaper and they won't treat your supra like a prius.
Man that sucks. Sorry to hear. I'd be so pissed honestly. I hope Toyota Corporate or the dealership GM does something for you to atleast compensate. Toyota Canada sucks and should be ashamed. No more supply chain excuses. They are happy to take our money but every little repair takes months...
Wow what a clown. Not only is he an idiot that can't properly drive his truck, but he wants to cheap out on repair. Take it to insurance. Sorry this happened. People suck.
Had this happen today twice, back to back at the beginning of my drive this morning. Pedal felt mushy and the car wouldn't budge then randomly jolted forward. The car is stock btw.
Best advice here. The dude screwed up and hit your car. Go for what benefits you the most in this shitty situation. Don't let the dumbass with the truck dictate how this goes.
Just an update for you, 30 days later on the dot and they finally have my car back to me. They replaced both oil pump and level sensor as well as new subframe bolts. The car is able to read its oil level now! Still took way longer than it should have but atleast the car is back in my garage.
