It is a base model. Been on the lot for quite some time. Can't speak for the build date as I didn't check. I test drove it and a 2.0. More impressed by the transmission performance than the engine to be honest........
Funny thing: the "battery warning" light was on and the sales manager tried...
Drive about 5.5 hrs south(KY) and I know where you can get one with only 6 miles on it and currently, price is at $47 K.

Welcome!
......and likewise. Guys only want HP numbers and 0-60. I am in the market and would like to hear a perspective not previously heard on this forum.
If any of that statement is true, sorry 2021 folks, ain't gonna happen without some "inside help" from Bosch.
Coming from the "IT" world, if someone says they just about have it cracked, I damn sure wouldn't let them tune my car don't care how "reputable' they say they are. I would also be on...
Probably no more than you have. There a couple of guys on the other threads that have used the jb4 alongside ECU tuning mainly for logs and other data that would require a dyno run to observe.
That is a good resource to have no doubt. A lot of folks won't bother trying to understand what is going on with their logs and those are the ones that usually have "bad" days with the product. It is NOT a true substitute for an "actual" tune but can kind of bridge the gap a little especially...
Hmmmmm??? Not looking to be a tuner but have spent time with piggyback. I know this does not compare to actually tuning tables but did a lot of "homework and study" mainly to understand what my engine was doing at different times whether cruise, low load, high load, etc. I paid more attention...
there are some old posts on the "official" forum (link below) but everything in the Supra section of the "B58/B48" thread is pretty current. Most of the folks that post logs and ask the questions, have NEVER attempted to tune a car. Posting logs are a form of "shortcut" for people who don't have...
Oh.....
If you need to update the firmware, MAKE SURE the BT connection is as good as you can get and DO NOT run the car while updating. Leave the ignition in accessory position to power the jb4 while updating.
No it does not. I run jb4 mostly map 2 because i don't want to go very far with other mods. On the Stinger platform, the plugs have to be changed to a "step colder" which on the stock plugs, the heat range is 8. Running HKS with the jb4 at a heat range of "9" and a little tighter gap. Can't...
Not sure what your purpose is for the app but once you set the MAP, there is no additional need unless you are planning on switching maps while you drive or you need to do some logging(maybe watching the pretty needle gauges move???). On the BMW'S (actual cars not just the drivetrains) and now...
Really, "Northstar"??????
Dude, the last "true" CTS-V WAGON would do 3.9 /0-60. Listen, not hating I love the Supra and think it is BAD ASS but I also have a brain and if I rolled up on one of those even in the 3.0, I would just smile and let it be. You would be neck and neck practically to 60...
Terry and crew over there should be responding in good time if not already. Just came off the forum and several log posters were getting responses in an hour.
