  1. Aftermarket sway bar with SPL LCA’s

Center to center would technically be the center of the heim joint ball to heim joint ball. The studs are close enough though.
  2. Aftermarket sway bar with SPL LCA’s

I have the aFe end links and they are just under 15" center to center when adjusted to the shortest length. How do the caster bushings feel? Do you happen to know what your caster was set to after the install? I remember you were battling uneven caster in stock form, correct?
  3. Aftermarket sway bar with SPL LCA’s

Agreed. When I corner balance a vehicle I like to have the customer or similar weight in the driver seat. With the sway bars disconnected, I adjust all of the corner heights for even cross weights and reattach the end links, adjusted length to have zero preload.
  4. Aftermarket sway bar with SPL LCA’s

Well you are wrong about the sway bar "smacking" the bottom of the tie rods. Mine do not come close. The clearance between the tie rods and the sway bar gets better in bump travel as well. The only case it gets close (true for stock end links as well) is when the suspension is at full droop...
  5. Best overall air intake upgrade?

I just saw this on aFe's website: https://afepower.com/afe-power-56-10015r-takeda-stage-2-cold-air-intake-system-w-pro-5r-filter This should sound nice and loud as God intended. It looks to have one of the largest filters I've seen for our cars.
  6. Swift springs for A90

Yes, I'm well aware of bump stops being designed to add to the overall rate of the suspension at a certain range of bump travel. The front Swift springs work well with the front OE bump stop. But there is a limit to this strategy, to where there's just not enough shock travel and causes too...
  7. Swift springs for A90

I did not have any noise with the Swift Springs. The fronts had the pre-installed coil silencer wrap. I seen that some people didn't get the wrap when they got their kits. Swift will provide you with the wrap if you ask them. I initially installed the kit without touching the bump stops and...
  8. Front sway bar - help me decide please.

I would say yes. Cornering is part of driving, regardless of how fast you go. Enjoy your Supra.
  9. Oem tire losing psi over time. Anyone else experience this?

If no visible tread punctures, check valve stem/valve core. If all that check's out, check for leaks around the tire bead.
  10. Aftermarket sway bar with SPL LCA’s

@OneTimeAccount Also noticed from the image on the first post that your end links are extended. I'd suggest shortening them. At full droop it may look like lengthening the end links will make it better, but at ride height, the sway bar end actually lives just above the SPL arm. If you...
  11. Aftermarket sway bar with SPL LCA’s

Something must not be tight enough. First I would check the heim joint clamp on the LCA. I noticed that if that isn't really tight, the outer (black) section likes to rotate on it's own during operation. This rotation could reduce the amount of clearance between the sway bar end and LCA...
  12. Your favorite modification?

Front - Full Stiff Rear - Full Soft My rear tires are just about done, so once I get my Falken Azenis RT660's on, I might adjust them again.
  13. Your favorite modification?

I second that. aFe sway bars on my car made a huge difference.
  14. What did you do to your Supra today?

Looks great! Where did you get all of your titanium hardware if you don't mind me asking? Oh, I noticed there's one more screw you might want to upgrade too. This one is prone to breaking.
  15. What did you do to your Supra today?

Yessir, I'll definitely see you at some of the events this year! Need to get some new rubber for sure. The old tires from the used Titan7 wheel purchase are just about out of tread.
  16. In response to a locked thread about us not focusing on handling... what mods have ya'll done?

  17. Tamiya 1/24 Supra

I bought the Tamiya kit when I first got my Supra but I never got around to working on it. This inspires me to start over the holidays. Thanks for posting!
  18. oops

Haha, my brain reads his name the same way. We use a lot of zerk fittings in my line of work.
  19. Scammed by Troya90. Members' advice on how to avoid being This guy

I've bought and sold a ton of parts on FT86club.com forum with no issues. One of their main rules is the same thing SoDakMk5 previously stated. From FT86Club.com rules thread: 2. You must post AT LEAST ONE picture of the item(s) for sale with a sign included in the photo. On the sign, should...
  20. So...which dealership everyone going for the recall?

So, what happened at Longo? They were on my short list of dealerships to do the recall. Anyone else have any Socal dealership experiences (good or bad) they'd like to share?
