It's a variation of @Suggs.OR rack setup. You can look at his build thread but in general it's Seasucker monkey bars paired with a standard rack and then I use ratchet straps to keep the tires down. The rack has 4 mounting points to connect to the bars. I also use one strap to keep the the rack...
Hit up Road Atlanta with @Marsone and had a blast. We came away from it with some free brake pads from a fellow supra driver who is an instructor with NASA. The roof rack gave me some small indentations from the suction cups this time, I might try to finally get around to see if I can find...
Looks like it'd work as long as you're not lowered. Double check that the jack head can fit inside the jack point. If you are then you'd need to drive on top of something first.
Shipnerd.com for 50 pounds at 28x28x12 it about $90 per wheel for east coast to west coast. alan7467's suggestion for how to pack them is how I've received mine from other members as well.
I rode along in my instructor's car (also a supra driver, running about 450hp with some aero) during one of his sessions at my last event and he was running V730s on 18-inch squared. I was impressed with them for the most part. In 275/18 they are also much cheaper than any other tire coming in...
A couple of us from Nashville run autox with TRSCCA and KYSCCA and most of the events are at NCM this year. Free to spectate and hang out or low entry fee to drive. Great way to play in a safe environment.
Thoughts on running a 15mm spacer on 65mm studs? I test fit my rears (275/19) on the front and based on that I should be able to get around 14 full rotations on my lug nuts.
Also I've seen the recommendation to replace studs and nuts each year, would titanium ones hold up longer? I'll need to...
I got the United Speed Racing one.

I'm within 2 hrs of Huntsville and willing to meet halfway. Not sure what your intended use is but they'll have tires on them but the tires are heavily used from track/autox. Probably good for 1-2 more track days. I'd be fine with $500 for the set of 4.
On the way to the track this weekend aaaaaaaaandd half of my skid plate just ripped off and sheared while driving on the interstate and the rest started flapping around. I had to make a pitstop at a harbor freight on the way to grab some tools to remove it. I remembered seeing your post and just...
I'm going to pick up some RE-71RS in 265/35 and 295/35. This'll mainly be for autocross right now. I'm my region's novice ambassador so I make sure everyone new gets situated and because of that I made friends with a guy who works for Bridgestone so I might be able to get them for a significant...
Got some new rears in today. I was having a hell of a time finding these in the exact specs I wanted (18x10 +35 Matte Black) without a 6 month wait from all the US vendors since they would have to order them from Enkei. I ended up stumbling across an ebay store based out of Japan that had a...
That is not the same metal expanding and contracting noise I get. That sounds like a part still rotating after shutoff because of how rhythmic it is. My car still runs the cooler for a few mins after I turn it off depending on the circumstances so maybe it's something related to that? But not in...
My first track day was last year in March with the free Toyota one. 1 year of seat time later with 20+ autocross events, 1 more track day, and a racing simulator and I've made crazy progress. The only mod I've made in this comparison video is a front sway bar. I've run OEM tires on both of these...
