Yea CRS have great street manners for their capability. Just don't get caught in heavy rain or it will slap you around and never buy you dinner.
The Motorsports Hardware stuff is trash. If you don't want to shell out for MSI, I have used the Bimmerworld premium studs with good results. 1000%...
Bro your replies are killing me. It's not that hard to do them properly. How do you mess them up so much?
Also, the oil is fine. It hits all the same requirements/standards as OEM. OEM is GL-5, so is Motul 105777 and LiquiMoly 22090. Both of which I have used for over 70 track days, and tons of...
The larger calipers and rotors increase thermal management. Stopping power comes more from pad compound and tire compound. So this is 100% an upgrade.
Yes, the rear brakes remain the same.
They are the same as the ZTK package on the BMW's.
Calipers are larger, pads are just slightly taller, and the front rotors are 374mm compared to the normal 348mm.
It sounds like TBR has created a fuel starvation fix that doesn't have the crazy complexity and (maybe) cost of the external surge tank solutions currently on the market. I would contact them.
Yea, the mild mild hybrid. ;) My 2022 330i had it. None of the G series M240's have it. The later MY M340i/M440i's have it.
One of the reasons I grabbed a M240 is it's the last of the G series M lites to not have any of the hybrid stuff, or the Gen 3 B58TU. It is a bigger heavier AWD Supra. :)
Supras? Are you talking about the mild-hybrid motorcycle size battery that goes into the right side engine cubby? If so, that is very different than the alarm battery that we all have.
The F is happening here. The oil is fine. I personally have a billion laps on track with it, as have a bunch of others. Myself and others have shown the work while you just yell in all caps.
Yea power has a part (because of fuel demands) but it can happen at stock power.
Running Ethanol mixes compounds the problem as the fuel system already has higher demand.
This is the last update I will make here around the app I am working on because it's time I start dedicated thread for it.
However, quick update. I'm working on a virtual dyno that you can run your logs through. It uses the same strategy that vdyno and others use. Great for before/after.
I...
They are floor/ceiling of EOI and SOI, which is the beginning and end of injection relative to the crank angle. Which is why you need to make them smaller/larger on ethanol.
