I personally have never seen a stock one fail on a stock turbo car no matter how hard it was run. It’s possible that maybe some of the guys who track their cars may have different information to share though.
No. The app needs a chance to upload the data from the session every time you flash the car. If you closed the app immediately after it was done flashing, or if your device was on airplane mode and then you closed the app, the session will not be stored in your flash history.
Coconut is definitely a good option for the guys who push it a little harder and want the premium stuff. For the stock guys, avocado or olive should be sufficient. I’d stay away from the plain-Jane vegetable oil though. That’s asking for trouble later on down the road.

Bottom line, you’re not hitting 500 wheel on a Pure600 or even a 650 with anything other than an ethanol blend. Even a Pure800 would need to be run aggressively on pump gas and will likely not cross that 500 wheel threshold without methanol injection.

Did you by chance not reinstall that lower v-shaped bracket that goes right above the engine mount? I’ve heard stories of the turbo slowly pulling the studs out of the head if it’s not installed.
The DS3 and S58 injectors are not a good pairing. The S58 injectors will reach their limit well before you even get close to the limit of the DS3. Get the Nostrum injectors if you want a setup that is well-suited.
To be fair, they don’t even make the fuel pumps. Stanadyne does.
