The Torque Actual being accurate depends on the tune and how they manipulate it if need be. I personally offer 12 month support and revisions, or lifetime. No real limit on revisions. Customer can make that determination. I have tuned power levels from 400-800+whp from drag to road course...

"CCV Valve is Removed" Are you talking about the port on the stock intake pipe that has the two wire plug going to it? If so, its not a valve. Its a PCV heater. Thats if you're talking about what i think you're talking about.

the extenders have proven to be not a viable solution for these cars and many BMWs prior. Your best bet would be just a getting a tune. or just dealing with the light if a tune is not an option. Let me know if you need anything.

Need PI? No, not if your goal is achievable without it.but PI is better than chargepipe meth. But as long as you dont lean on it, you should be fine.

The fix for this is not going to actually come from a tuner. Its 98% positively going to come from one of the companies of which the tuners use their tools. IE- magicmotorsports, alientech, cmd, bitbox, bflash, autotuner, and etc. those are the main companies that do the software engineering...

Yes you can lift itnup enough to see the label without disconnecting the ecu plugs themselves

Running a downpipe is not a problem. You will get a CEL but thats about it. you can put any intake you want on the car. theres no MAF, so it will be fine after a some miles of adaption.

check the build date on the ECU label

ECU build date 7/2020 and later are not unlockable. A90, A91, 2021 does not matter really. Just check your ECU label for the date to verify.
