Dialing in Boost for launch. Its cold here in NY so pardon the lack of traction, lol
Also, as seen in my other thread. Doing a valvetronic 3.5" single exit exhaust.
Not full pics no. I didnt take many pics of thenprototype since i knew it would change from now until final production.
Here a couple pics of how it exits. But that will be adjusted as well since its just raw SS tip and ill be replang with a actual nice tip for production
If you want the turbo to last and not give you too much talk back. 20-22psi is where i would leave it as it will be happy there and make good power. 24-26psi longevity starts reducing and failure can occurs. Anything more than that is honestly too much for the actual turbo to sustain without...
The Torque Actual being accurate depends on the tune and how they manipulate it if need be. I personally offer 12 month support and revisions, or lifetime. No real limit on revisions. Customer can make that determination.
I have tuned power levels from 400-800+whp from drag to road course...
Testing out our Upcoming V1 prototype single exit exhaust. Finally got around to fabbing up our single exit exhaust. This is the prototype which is still sporting just a raw SS pipe for the exhaust tip. Production models will also have a fully functioning Exhaust flap that will quiet down the...
"CCV Valve is Removed"
Are you talking about the port on the stock intake pipe that has the two wire plug going to it? If so, its not a valve. Its a PCV heater. Thats if you're talking about what i think you're talking about.
the extenders have proven to be not a viable solution for these cars and many BMWs prior. Your best bet would be just a getting a tune. or just dealing with the light if a tune is not an option. Let me know if you need anything.
sooo, i supposed you will never be tuned then. because current ecus will require one bench flash to enable OBD2 flashing capabilities. this is now the norm, not just on this platform, but many others.
The fix for this is not going to actually come from a tuner. Its 98% positively going to come from one of the companies of which the tuners use their tools.
IE- magicmotorsports, alientech, cmd, bitbox, bflash, autotuner, and etc. those are the main companies that do the software engineering...
Running a downpipe is not a problem. You will get a CEL but thats about it. you can put any intake you want on the car. theres no MAF, so it will be fine after a some miles of adaption.
