A year and a half later, MKV Supra’s are making some crazy power figures. People have only begun to tap into this platforms potential. Once we see more secondary fuel systems out there or a complete DI swap, these cars will be in the 1500hp range (obviously with supporting mods). Super...
Right! The link quotes him saying, “The brakes are the same as the R35 GT-R」says Smokey Nagata“
Again though, these are desperate times for car makers....Nissan might make it happen.
When my brother got his MKV, I too thought there was an issue with the steering, until I realized it was the lane assist feature that prevented you from accidentally going into other lanes haha.
GTR brakes? Mmmmmm....that sounds like a pricey option on the NISMO’s. If it comes standard with those brakes in all trims, then, DAMN NISSAN! Kudos!
I believe (if my source is correct) there is one in matte black with a “two piece” spoiler with a dip in the middle. Let’s try and see if that video is anywhere. No other details than that. Also, pretty sure the manual transmission is on hold. Don’t have the full details why yet.
Something tells me Nissan may have put provisions in place for those wanting an inline-six swap. The way the front end slopes and based on radiator sizes for the VR's....the radiator core support may be designed to hold a radiator at an angle. If this is the case, and considering the height of...
Ahh, the way I worded the title...ha. WE as in my family. My brother and I have always had project cars we shared together. It is my brothers car though.
We are no longer in Chicago, we moved to AZ several months back.
Thanks! My younger brother loves it. I’m excited to see how much power he can make modding.
A Hakosuka/R34 creation...with a modern twist. Kind of like what they did with the “400Z.” They took cues from a 240Z/300ZX but gave it a modern twist.
I just hope they don’t discontinue the GTR brand.
Alot of people (myself included) love the R34 for its simple interior. Nothing fancy really, even for 90’s era. The 300ZX had a much nicer interior than an R34 GTR. I don’t think they need to downgrade the badge to a GT-S or GT-T, they just need to not go in the direction of trying to compete...
That is a beautiful rendering! Honestly, if Nissan can pull this off under $50k, they should consider doing the same with the GTR. Make a $75k GTR without all the fancy interior stuff. Would sell like hotcakes.
