  1. Car & Driver Dyno Results: The 2020 Toyota Supra Makes More Power Than Toyota Claims

not a new phenomena when it comes to BMWs; thing is, a few people have been saying for months that it is likely rated near whp and everyone scoffed at the idea lol my real curiosity is the Z4 output though.
  2. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

Lol figured. The reason the pattern is different on them is because they're a BMW supplied option. So without VAT, they're likely around $650 in the US if offered.
  3. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

Those carbon mirror covers were supposed to be a relatively cheap dealer option (they're also not made by Toyota). Now they want $1000 for them? Interesting.
  4. Supra Product Info | Specs

yeah, I'm not the biggest fan of it, but it's still decent
  5. Toyota making new parts for MKIII and MKIV Supra.

Huge deal! I never thought Toyota would EVER do something as cool as Nismo, but I am so glad to be wrong.
  6. Toyota making new parts for MKIII and MKIV Supra.

Yeah, I nearly fell out of my chair and had to re-read the email a few times. I should clarify that they didn't state those models specifically, but it was announced with them on display lol so.

  8. Toyota making new parts for MKIII and MKIV Supra.

Gazoo just announced a heritage parts program for the A70/A80 :) Hard to believe, but I guess they do care...
  9. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

Yen to USD, but these parts are being produced by Technocraft Japan. So I'd be surprised if they're much cheaper here. We shall see I suppose.
  10. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

I can bet there will be replicas within 1-2 years time, especially given it appears to be Technocraft vs TRD USA.
  11. Toyota "Preparing" Hotter Supra GRMN, Says Chief Engineer

Ballpark figure was $85k iirc Yeah, both that and the 86 GRMN follow a very similar price bump (differences aside) I was never really sure what PS was referencing with that stuff, but I have to assume it was the same thing unless his source was speaking to actual race cars being sold to teams.
  12. Toyota "Preparing" Hotter Supra GRMN, Says Chief Engineer

that's likely on the high side from all I've heard, but there's plenty of time between now and release so.
  13. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

You dont have to buy two afaik, but I just checked the pricing and it's $26k and off-road use only. That's absolutely insane; I never knew they were that much. The TRD supercharger kits for Tundra, FJs, etc, were a fraction of that and came with warranty... Crazy.
  14. Toyota "Preparing" Hotter Supra GRMN, Says Chief Engineer

Tuned B58 according to my friend. Makes sense that BMW would want to keep it own sauce, and given the power goal the regular B58 is good to go. It's very much still in development though. Some cool transmission and diff stuff planned as well, but I'll shut up lol.
  15. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

True, the TRD 3000GT kit was ~$10k when still available. I also see far more of an argument for that honestly; at least it was full panels/ widebody etc, and it completely transformed the exterior of the car. The A90 aero is essentially a slightly more aggressive CF/OE lip kit that costs $17k...
  16. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

I'm still baffled by how they think that's anywhere near reasonable, especially for a a car that goes for $50k. Race grade carbon, which Toyota produces in house, is expensive but this is extreme.
  17. Analysis, Comments & Reactions from the Web about the new Supra

I have a friend that's on the current team, I believe still under Tamura-san, and it's an absolute shit show. The Z has been dead for a while too; that company is a husk.
  18. First TRD Parts (and Pricing) Available For 2020 Supra

    wow, those prices..... holy hell Front lip: $2900 Sideskirt (qty 1): $3180 x 2 = $6360 Rear valence (qty 1): $1453 x 2 = $2906 Door panel trim: $3361 Spoiler: $1817 Wheels: $5815 Wheel locks: $363 That's $23,522...
