Damn, that's really messed up. This is why we can't have nice things and why I only drive my cars where I can see them.
Similar situation happened to me when I bought my brand new 2005 Toyota Tacoma double cab from Carson Toyota.
I stopped by Starbucks to get some coffee for the 2 hr...
"we're just minding our own business... "
Everyone has the right be here so stop with your nonsense. That's the beauty of an open forum. Sorry but everything doesn't go your way.
Performance Sound trolls all day on SF and as long as he doesn't get personal, he can post all he want.
How about dealerships in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and even Washington? Since the car is 50 state compliant, you can buy out of state, drive it back to CA and pay registration/tax at the DMV.
First you shit on Senna now you say Cammisa is the best journalist. Please explain because I'll be honest, his rant about the MKV was hilarious.
Damn, that sucks. You can't wait until the supplies stabilize? I would assuming that after contacting 40 dealers, you would have at least found 1 at MSRP, esp the out of state ones.
Yeah, the MKIV was great in it's era just like all of the sports cars of their generation. That's the beauty of automotive evolution. However, it's apples to oranges when to comparing old vs new.
That Supra is eventually going to get sold but hopefully it's a demo car and not a customer who put a deposit down. The Toyota dealerships need to have more respect for customer's cars especially the Supra.

I cringed at the guy jumping into the one at Longo and revving it. Get ready for that to be the norm with salesmen at the Toyota dealership.
If I had a deposit on one, I would ask for them to skip PDI, leave the transport protective film and don't wash it.
