Yea I’m in California. I’m wondering if most smog spots are competent enough to tell the difference between a stock down pipe and an aftermarket. Unless they have a lift or inspect it closely from the top, I’d say there’s a slight chance of passing visual. It’s the visual part I’m worried...

Has anyone tried passing emissions with a catted downpipe before? This has always been on my mind. I’d assume if the cats burn clean and the tech wasn’t looking for an aftermarket Downpipe, it’d be possible :dunno:

Gotcha, I own a 2020, so I’m wondering if this is mainly a hardware/ECU issue or a software/firmware issue.

Is this only affected on ECUs for A91 Supras or is this also applicable to A90 Supras that have been flashed by dealers (IE, recalls, updates, etc.)?

I’m curious to know what mods and power people are putting down to get 10s on the track. Obliviously tires and temps play a factor on the track, but inquiring minds would like to know. I’m assuming 500whp/600wtq might be enough to crack low 11s, potentially high 10s (possibly with stickier...

Also note that a lot of people dislike the Supra because “itS nOt a reAL SuprA, iTS a bMW.” Truthfully a lot of those people who complain never even rode in an A90, so take those external poll results with a grain of salt. I agree, money talks. Polls mean nothing if it’s a bunch of 15 year...

What flex fuel kits are you guys running?

Thanks Marin. I’m leaning more towards the Titan motorsport flex fuel kit. I’m going for a minimalistic approach without any gauges (Bluetooth app is fine with me) since I live in strict California.

On the highway I get about 30mpg on normal, in the city I’m averaging about 23 in sport. You mentioned a Downpipe and intake. Are you tuned? Are you running E85? Both of those can increase gas consumption and yield bad MPG. That or lay off the peddle lol :lol:. Quick tip, reset your MPG...
