funny thing is as a dealer, the RZ are actually cheaper to buy in our sizes. also to note, I see limited inventory on the RS so I bet they are flushing them out to make the RZ as a full time replacement.

80 grams! That is huge. And you are right, no one with a built B58 says anything about the engine shaking cause they get the entire rotating assembly balanced as a unit, on a machine. I would take your loss at this point and just pull the engine all the way out and do things right. Otherwise...

That thing is going to shake like none other. I cant even imagine how much heavier the new pistons and rods are compared to the old ones.

My engine is probably going to blow up soon. Typically I run 400-500 miles on the track plus 1000-2000 miles on the street before I change it. I also see close to 300 degree oil temps.

I live in the 3rd most dangerous city in California and dont complain as much as some of these people in this thread.

that was my thought as well. I was on original 01/21 software with no full screen CarPlay. So worth it just for that. Seems like no other major changes. Now I will send the ecu out.

Dont get me wrong, they arent too tight for me but they are just snug to the point where there is no more room. I will just have to get in the habit of emptying my pockets before getting in the car. I was getting stabbed with the key fob all the way to work.

@BMWAF Took me a little while to actually drive the car but I cant say I notice anything different with the software update. Only thing might be less burbles. I can also say the new bucket seat gives me a whole new driving experience. Only down side is that it is so tight, I cant have anything...
