Somewhat of a busy night prepping for Laguna seca next weekend. Got the pads swapped, brake fluid bled and a fresh oil change. Next up (not today) is a bath and bedding in the pads. Also took a stool sample.
Let’s see, lots of trial and error, probably hated every moment of it and now you don’t like divorced setups. Yep you did it 100% correct. Hope I never have to adjust mine again.
The front of our cars isnt a multi link.... And I get that a pyrometer is how you dial in camber but again, depending on what your setup is, your springs may be binding on the shock towers. I also get my alignment done with me sitting in the car or equal weight.
And lastly, do you not think...
I bleed my SRF after every event. Never know if you boiled it over and have an air bubble. Waiting to kill off the rest of my SRF bottle before I make the switch to Endless. I tried Motul and like other have said, its terrible. My pedal travel would double by the end of a 20 min session.
Thats how mine are installed as well as basically zero preload on the spring. But take that with a grain of salt since I am using the Verus top hats. Ride height may vary. My car is about 1/2" lower than stock with those settings.
Does anyone have a picture of where the drivers side blend door motor is located on the HVAC box? Part number 87106-WAA01. It looks like there are 2 on the side but dont know if its the top or bottom one. Wondering if I can get to it from the side and manually set it to cold, then leave it...
be lucky your car is still under warranty. I have to deal with this on my own. And I would have no issue if mine was stuck on ac but I’m stuck on heat instead….
How loud are they for street driving? My Hawks are getting louder and louder with each track event. Its to the point to where it sounds like my car is broken when driving around town.
