  1. If not the New Supra, then what?

I'm glad you mentioned that, because I forgot to include that! They were all manual, and it would have been an absolute travesty if any of them were auto. The Supra being auto only is no doubt it's biggest vice currently. My hope is that it's the only vice, and somehow isn't a deal breaker...
  2. If not the New Supra, then what?

So, I spent a couple days in my buddy's Cayman GT4 while I was in California; and holy shit was it good! The gearing is a slight annoyance because a third gear pull puts you into the 110mph range, but man oh man was it a joy to rev out. That flat-6 makes a noise that you lay awake thinking about...
  3. Let's talk about Colors

I guess I should clarify, I know some, but not all of the colors. Of the ones I know, there's no RSP type color.

  5. "⁣Supra goes Madrid" - Toyota Europe invites to drive the new A90

Thanks @86rebel, awesome stuff! The tires are "Pilot Super Sport *", meaning it is a custom tailored compound for the Z4 and Supra. Exciting stuff ahead!
  6. Let's talk about Colors

Thanks @86rebel, awesome stuff! That yellow color is an updated version of BMW Atacama Yellow, which I'm very happy made it to production. Exciting stuff ahead!
  7. The Magazine Scan Thread

I believe this is what some call, a joke.
  8. Have a look at the Prototype Supra's engine

Here's the one shot I got with the shadows pulled up. Thankfully I shot in raw so there was decent shadow information, so you can clearly see the exhaust manifold and the valve cover.
  9. Have a look at the Prototype Supra's engine

I also met Barry Meguiar today, now that dude is a true car enthusiast. Bless that man.
  10. Have a look at the Prototype Supra's engine

I'm not going to read through all this as I'm still super busy over here, but I did want to say this: I spoke to a couple Z4 engineers at the reveal yesterday and they were singing praise about Toyota. "This partnership has been incredibly beneficial as both BMW and Toyota are experts in their...
  11. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

Honestly, from my brief (seconds, literally) look at the engine, it looked the same as the one we saw in the Supra at Goodwood, so we'll see! I couldn't get a look down at the block though. I still can't believe how heavy the doors were though, perhaps something involving crash safety without...
  12. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

    Should be US model
  13. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

Oh yeah, the front fender vent is functional, the rear vent is not.
  14. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

And now some from various angles. "You can put a turbo thiiiiiiis big"
  15. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

    Some more interior
  16. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

Can't see too much, but we can dig a little into it when we get some time.
  17. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

    Here's the interior:
  18. 3rd gen G29 BMW Z4 (2019-202X)

Couldn't see the front suspension, but the multi-link in the rear looks the same as the photos that @RyleyMA61 got us from the GR Racing Concept in AU, so the fronts are likely the same Macpherson strut setup with an aluminum knuckle. Btw, the brakes actually look pretty big on the car. 4...
