MegaLogViewer makes it easy to setup a custom math channel that visualizes what you are talking about. I use it a bunch.

Keep in mind that one has a MHD backend flash, which flashes the DME so fuel isn't crazy lean like it is with just JB4, and timing can be better managed. No matter what anyone tells you, near 14.5 Stoich at WOT with more airflow and boost, even with E30/40, is just playing with fire. Literally...
