I've run countless sets of CRS. that is pretty normal in how they wear, but more negative camber wouldn't hurt. What are you at currently @Mori ?
The CRS will heat cycle out before even thinking you have to flip the tire on the wheel. Waste of money to do that with CRS, just put the mounting...
16-19F IAT rise during a single gear pull is not normal at all. It should be the same, rise maybe 2-3* or drop, depending on ambient temps and usage.

High-temp circuit has nothing to do with the low-temp circuit.
Low-temp = Mani-cooler, heat exchanger, AC condensor
High-temp = Radiator, side aux radiators, engine cooling, oil cooling, turbo cooling.
