If your goals are 650-700, then I would suggest the Pure 800, it will be more responsive.
*IF* you want headroom for the future but want to stop at 750, then 800 or 850 will work, with 850 offering more headroom.

Anyway, it sounds like the OP has much more information that they haven't shared yet.
They could have tuned for e30 first and then put in pump gas to tune for that. However, it sounds like you had to have them do remote tuning after the fact?
Yes, I am. However I am keeping an eye on it because I am sure I will need to replace it at some point. The car has relatively low miles, about 22k miles, although a lot of them are track miles. The car has over 65 track days on it at this point.
