Def happier with that boost level, which makes more sense with the stock turbo.
Custom tune you could run E40 with that boost level and more timing and make more power.
i have 52X/500 with a progressive boost curve so not a huge boost hit down low, by design.
On the street with RE71RS in 295 1st and 2nd is basically useless. 3rd works fine unless the tires are cold. On track with hot tires it hooks up well unless I am an ape with the throttle.

Looks like you might have a boost leak. The 93 log is running more boost and and closer to boost target for less WGDC. The first 3 logs are dropping to 20psi and much further from boost target with more WGDC.
