The more I look at these tables the more I think they aren't what we are looking for. This is MAX RPM per speed. I still think it's the neutral throttle mapping table I mentioned earlier in this thread.

FYI, that dyno is notorious to read high AF. Higher than Dynojets in the area. Curves look good though. ?

Depending on how much he is selling them for, you can easily get them revalved for normal coilover springs. Might not be worth it though depending on the price.
