Step one: Walk into your bathroom and look in the mirror.
Step two: State out loud what you typed earlier “this might be worth something in fifteen years”
Step three: Repeat step two until it really sinks in.
I noticed no change in sound or harshness from the toe arms. You do feel more in the rear, which is good.
I drove Evo’s for 15+ years so I am no stranger to harshness and weird sounds. ?
I honestly couldn't tell you as I haven't owned my Supra for 5 years yet. I believe Verkline has rubber boots that come in the kit that you can put over the sphericals. I know my front Verkline LCA's came with them. I chose not to use them as I don't daily the car and I wanted to be able to do...
Megan toe arms have horrible adjustment design. I would go for verkline as SPL has quality issues. I have lost count of how many SPL bearings and broken toe arms I have been through. Their support is pretty good but I got sick of replacing things and generally being weary on track with them...
Better tell BMW as full fat M-cars come with Lithium batteries from the factory.
Also, if anyone believes anything Scotty Kilmer says when he opens his mouth, I don't know what to say to you.
I never get it unless there is something wrong. Over 40 track days, been airborne, sideways, etc.
The one time I did get it was because I had the front level arm adjusted incorrectly with my Verkline LCA's. Easy fix. Hasn't come back since.
This should help as well, these are the oil levels and how they correspond to the iDrive screen:
- 100% (6.6 liters) = 97mm
- 100% (iDrive max) = 97-85mm
- 75% = 84mm
- 50% = 82mm
- 25% = 81mm
- 0% (iDrive min) = 78mm (add 1 quart)
Like I stated before, I log my oil level in mm whenever I am...
After a bunch of logging and iterations on the track and street, my tune is now in a pretty solid place and feels strong. This is about as much as I would like to push it on track (and even the street honestly) with 100% stock fuel system on E40 fuel. I have just enough HPFP head room to account...
