That is correct. He is stating that with Ecutek, you have more integration with the DME and the Reflex box.

TLDR: With the intake, the car now makes more boost at the same WGDC. Load, Torque and MAF increases as well, especially at the higher end of the RPM range. This is indicative of a restriction being removed/decreased.
