That seems odd that you are hitting 300F in every session in 75F ambient. Especially with stock tune. Do you have logs? Did you do the proper bleeding procedures for both high temp and low temp cooling circuits?
Just as an FYI, that might help your decision... You can't order a car from Toyota, you can only put a request in and when one comes up close or matching to your spec, the dealer can secure it. You cannot custom order straight from Toyota.

One thing to keep in mind is I did my build this year based on efficiency for this very reason.
Manifold intercooler + larger turbo and not running a ton of boost though it + E40 = more efficiency = less heat.

Cool. Yea that is actually a pretty straight shot for routing the lines from the engine where the filter block is. Probably about the same distance as mounting the cooler in the front of the car, with less complex routing.
Also depends on if you have premium or not. The base model has a totally different type of knob that does not have that functionality and is smaller physically.

I actually just saw something I hadn't noticed before in the underside image I have of the normal GT4. I always thought these braided lines where for fuel but now I see this mesh towards the rear as well. So perhaps the normal GT4 also indeed has the oil cooler in the rear as well?
