  1. BM3 CustomROM is Ready!

What are you looking for instruction wise?
  2. Passing SMOG with BM3 and MHD?

I posted this in another thread but it probably makes more sense here. Here is my CALID and CVN for my tuned 2020 (with BM3) CALID: ECB72D7E CVN: 2F9D600C I'll flash back to stock after my next two events and compare. Anyone with an untuned 2020 want to read their details and share?
  3. Accidently added Regular 87 in the tank, major oppsie.

This. With oem programming, I’ve actually done a ton of testing on all sorts of fuel, from 87 to e25 on multiple platforms. Modern ecus and knock sensors are very sophisticated. As long as you don’t compete in the 24hrs of Nurburgring, you will be fine. Fun fact: I overfill on ethanol when I...

  5. BM3 CustomROM is Ready!

I should have read my CVN before I tuned the car.
  6. BM3 CustomROM is Ready!

Read the CVN before flash, read the CVN after flash, read the CVN after flashing back to "stock". Compare the 1st flash and 3rd flash CVN numbers. If they don't match. No workie.
  7. Race Tracking Your Supra - Information exchange

I actually experienced this yesterday for the first time while bedding in new rotors/pads. I never experienced this all last year at 21+ track days. I would brake from 80 to 20 and it wouldn't let me shift down at all until I got off the brakes. 100% straight line, full gas tank. Was very odd.
  8. BM3 CustomROM is Ready!

Right, that is why I said once BM3 gets PI integration it's going to change things. The other things you are mentioning are like 1% problems. :P
  9. Check Engine Light

A proper tune can fix that.
  10. BM3 CustomROM is Ready!

Agreed. I have seen this happen with Ecutek on multiple platforms over the last twenty years. Just a matter of time. Same thing with some tuners/people saying Ecutek is "FAR SUPERIOR" but if you look at things in an unbiased way and actually compare features, "FAR SUPERIOR" is VERY much a...
  11. Airbag error lights/warnings easy coding!

For drivers side: Disable the following: ZUENDKREIS_1 SITZPOSITIONSERKENNUNG_SITZMEMORY_FAHRER + that new thing you got: SitzlehnenVerriegelung_Fahrer
  12. How to get rid of that driver assist

Are you talking about the line assist and what not?
  13. Airbag error lights/warnings easy coding!

Interesting, might be a 21+ thing. Try it and let me know if it works. It is different than what I have in the first post, so probably in addition. What they gave you is for the seatback latch. "SitzlehnenVerriegelung" which is the error you have. It looks like the airbag and seat position...
  14. Almost Full Stock Interior For Sale

    How much for the carpet?
  15. MAPerformance GESI catted downpipe.

I run the the MAP downpipe and no errors.
  16. Pure800 install

Very simple straight forward work. Probably the easiest turbo install I’ve done. Kies Motorsports have great video walkthroughs on YouTube as well.
  17. Manual comparison video

Yea it's kinda nuts. Base 911 is over $100k now. I don't want to sound like my parents but, wtf, I remember when a base 911 was attainable, not aspirational. On a related note, I was shopping GT4's before the Supra, did my research, looked at comparable lap times at tracks I knew well...
  18. Locking lug nuts for extended studs?

Yup, like Muteki. Like you stated, it's just an illusion of security. If people want your wheels, ain't no stopping them.
  19. What Pisses You Off The MOST About Modern Car Culture?

I feel this, but at the same time challenge it. I think this has been the case for decades. There are the diehards for platforms and the ones that try it out for a couple months or so and move on. I was in the Mitsubishi Evo enthusiast scene for almost twenty years. Owned them, tuned them...
