All the weight moves to the front when braking so you want most of your braking power on the front, which has the most traction at that moment. You can put a higher friction pad on the rear vs the front if you like having to put opposite steering lock in to not loop the car under braking. ;)...
I think you might be confusing brake pressure bias and weight distribution, and also static bias vs dynamic bias. The braking system uses a lot of factor in calculating pressure bias. If it was close to 50/50 all the time you would lock up the rear brakes very easily depending on circumstances...
No, all Mk5 supras are A90. A91 are the special trims like the 2021 A91, 2022 A91 CF and the 2023 A91-MT
Other than the special trims, all 2020-2023 are A90.

Having just installed a Verus splitter, you could for sure make one out of alumalite, just need to figure out your mounting points and make your own air dam as well.
