5mm is nothing, just make sure they are hub and wheel centric (which those look like they are) and you run the proper length lugs.
I ran 10mm on my track evo for years with zero issues. Much heavier car.

Highly recommend the Pro Clip + RAM mount system. I will pull the dashboard apart before that thing is falling off.

Project Mu Club Racers? If so, I currently use those and they work pretty well on track. Especially for literally half the price of CSG pads! I have a set of CSG pads ready to go after these.
I also hate bedding in pads. I usually use the first session of a track day to do it. :)
for the rear, I would aim for 0.22 total rear toe-in. I use this and the car went from feeling like it wanted to kill me all the time to well balanced and stable.
