So....the 2021 models have oil consumption issues, but the 2022 models don't? Just asking....I haven't heard this until now. What changed between the two model years?
That's kind of silly. No dealership would ever be held liable for a "no front plate" ticket.
That said, I haven't had a front plate on any of my cars for many, many years now. And I live in a state that requires front plates. The cops don't seem to care though, as they never bother me at all...
Me too, but not on my Supra because i don''t have one yet. But when I do, it will for sure get a boost gauge. Personally, I like steering column mounts, but I don't know what gets blocked on the Supra with the steering column pod that is available. On my car, the boost gauge really only blocks...
Due to the fact that it basically kept up once it got traction and trapped just 1 mph slower than the Supra, I think it might dyno very similarly to the Supra, meaning a bit over 400 HP. That's my guess.
I agree with practically everything you've said. As an enthusiast, I'm very glad to see cars like this return. Especially in the era of trucks, SUVs, and soon-to-be electric cars.
I guess in that context, I can see the reason for the reactions here. But like I said, both cars have more than enough performance to be a ton of fun. Personally, I think the Z is ugly. But if I liked the styling of the Z more than the Supra, I'd still buy the Z even if it's a little slower. The...
You guys are funny....it's a .2 second difference. Unless you're a boy racer, it's not going to make any real difference. Both cars are quick, as is the Mach 1. But for those boy racers, all three will lose to a Tesla Model 3P. Or even a Model 3 LR w/performance boost.
In the end, does it...
I've never owned an economy car, but if I did decide to get one and it's available in a manual transmission, then that's absolutely my choice. So much more fun than a slushbox automatic....
In the meantime, this is more my style. And yes, it has a clutch pedal. And just to prove no hate on the...
Stock hydraulic clutches are super easy to drive. My Audi has an upgraded performance clutch (Southbend Stage II) and it's almost as easy to depress as the OEM clutch.
My old Mustang didn't have a hydraulic clutch at all and it required a lot more pedal pressure, but it was still fine but n...
I've been stuck in all of traffic and never had a problem with it. Stop and go heading home from the Jersey Shore...no problem. It's not fun being stuck in traffic like that in any car, but a stick doesn't make it any worse for me. Today's hydraulic clutches make driving a stick super easy, even...
I'd agree with you if I was a boy racer....but I'm not....so I don't. And manuals are fine in traffic. I've been daily driving a manual my entire life and have no issues in traffic or on open roads.
Personally, I'd never buy a car like this with a slushbox. But I'll admit that I do have a ZF...
I think the new Z looks old already. I mean, the 370Z was a pretty good looking car and I think it looks more modern than the new Z. I really don't like the nose on the new Z. Far too plain looking and the rectangular opening just looks silly.
At the same time, I guess someone could argue that...
That's terrific if you can earn a higher percentage than you're paying in interest. In the last month or so, my person portfolio is down more than 40%. Will it recover? Sure, eventually. The way the world is right now, I'm guessing that it isn't going to recover for several years. So paying cash...
