It can't hide the weight in corners, but i have driven them on the track and the GM magna suspension is nothing short of magic. And i am not GM fan per se
the M performance parts LOOK cool. From rendering above not sure how functional. i mean that wing "seems" to be aggressive in looks- no adjustment? anything at that price range should be swan neck anyway
Love the M5s- always have. They post amazing times on BIG tracks/big power tracks...
thought you had a M2 coming?
I looked at Emiras. Dealership too far away for any kind of support if needed. AND the waiting list was 2 years- good luck if you haven't been on the list for a while. VERY cool looking cars.
Just seems they put all the emphasis on styling and interior comfort...
Verus is #1 on the track with our platform. unless something custom and or spage stuff
The Verus splitter has proven to be almost indestructible with track friends that run it. I am going Verus...
no, found a metal kind of splitter way back by AeroFlow
I have beat the SH!T out of it.
I have what i call baby- aero. Wanted something cheap while i learned the limits of the platform. I am there... sigh... have to move up to a real aero package like Verus
Ran 2:10 at my first time at VIR (Nirvana) event in the spring. Going back for the NASA Oktoberfest and won't be happy unless I am 2:05-2:07
Did 1:19 Summit main this summer SCCA TT
was rusty at Summit Shenandoah (hadn't been in over a year) but managed a 1:38 SCCA TT
transponder times
video...
I can take a track prepped used e90 and run circles around the new m2 for about 1/2 the price.
Too heavy!
Long time BMW fan 30year owner. Disappointed. there has to be a way it could have come in around 32-3300. They want these cars filled with so much luxury and gee wizz bells and whistles...
