I've used Hagerty, Lockton, and Opentrack for previous track days, but I'm curious if anyone has found (relatively) mainstream insurance companies who offer track day coverage as part of their policies?
I'd love to save the effort of booking separate insurance every time I'm heading to the track.
I ran the PS4Ses between 26-30 PSI cold depending on outside temperature up here in the PNW. I aim for 34-35 PSI hot. Once I wear these down, I was thinking of going to RT660s -- what pressure recommendations do you guys have for those?
I also run 1 click off, not fully off, and noticed that the rears haven't worn anywhere near as fast. Gotta double check on how the wear rate for the MX72s are, but they still feel good after 4 track days and 8k miles this year.
I haven't had limp mode but the car does constantly complain that the PSI is low. I've found that I've needed to run the manual reset since it doesn't go away after I refill the tires the next day.

Ordered 2 of these
Fit well. Just needed some WD40 and a mallet to get the OEMs off, and some elbow grease to install these.
I haven't had brake fade from it at all, but the tracks in the PNW aren't as hard on the brakes as some other tracks some of the others run.
The rear brakes get a bit more use from TC kicking in, so you won't have that issue with the nannies off.
This is true; I had to shop around a while and work with top end motorsports to make sure I got the right set. Apparently, the rear set is the same size as the 2.0. It probably would've been easier to source a fresh set of rear rotors and calipers and just gotten a 3.0 premium set.
Just the rears. The fronts are identical, apart from the caliper paint. With the front bias, I feel like the money you'd spend on replacing the rears would be better spent elsewhere.
There's so much sound deadening in those that you can barely tell there's an S58 in there.
Also, some of us are after more than 1/4 mile times and highway cruisers. The Supra feels light and snappy in the corners; my buddy's M4 didn't provide that same effect; neither did a GT-R I did some hot...
I still play it on occasion with friends. However, it really needs more tracks and a revamped single player if it wants to keep up with the upcoming Forza Motorsport.
It was quite awful with my AA catted DP after I had the brake recall done and my Bimmercode settings got wiped. You could definitely hear the drone resonate in the car. Glad I disabled it; it makes for a ride where I can actually hear the real exhaust and intake sounds.
Check WSDOT for US-2 conditions. You'll very likely require chains, so sports cars may not be a good idea.
Edit: Stevens Pass US 2 | WSDOT says chains required on all vehicles in both directions on US-2 around Stevens Pass.
