No, keep as is. Will go lean if you add any more ethanol. No recommendations, Map is perfect for your fuel and car. Some throttle activity, but looking at the boost2 curve - it fits target nicely and is smooth.
I'm pretty smooth with the CDV in there too, but switching between the Supra and my GTI with a stiff/direct-feeling stage 2 clutch can be challenging to get used to. Just makes the Supra seem vague, but I can make it work.
Hasn't really bothered me enough to do the delete.

its not bad, but car is wanting to run a lot of boost, hurting timing a bit. Want to try out Map 4? Some cars prefer absolute mode.
Remember to set FF to 40 after switching maps.

Yeah, honestly haven't seen logs from a stock DP MT yet, so not 100% sure. I would assume the same tuning method.

Almost certainly the JB4 exhaust flap control is opening on cold start. Whereas OEM mode keeps valve closed until cold start is finished.

Looks pretty good! Timing is perfect (that's why we love our ethanol around here). Lets try to get boost closer to target though. Going to try to fit your FF curve to the WGDC a bit better.

FF is 32, seems a bit too low for AA catted. Need to close the wastegate more to get closer to boost targets.
Can you get FF back up to 50 to get a better baseline log?
As you expected, the downpipe needs to be tuned for.
Stick with Map 2, but drop FF to 40 and try out these duty settings that I run (also catless)
Hopefully can get you a cleaner baseline.
As for the louder and raspier exhaust, that is just from the downpipe. JB4 is essentially inactive at...
Just saw all your logs, Map 0, 1 , and 2. I can definitely say you are quite octane deficient. Even stock has timing corrections. You said this was 93, so that's pretty disappointing. Would recommend filling up at a different pump next time.
