I can't say for sure with high flow catted DP, but I know @RyanA90 runs that combo and it works.
Definitely would be a bit of a gamble imo. Wouldn't be nearly as bad as catless.
Honestly with Jb4s going for like $400 on here, the extra $150 is worth it for the sake of being able to datalog and...
Yeah sounds good.
I can't really say how good the OTS maps would work on your car, but I can say that they were all borderline unusable for me since my car was catless already when I installed JB4.
I only know that JB+ worked fine on OEM DP, so I figure Map 1 on the JB4 would work fine on an...
I did it myself, so I guess I would recommend myself.
Like I said earlier, I haven't tested the fix on other MTs yet so I'm not looking to take any of your money unless we actually get it working. Requires not-yet-released JB4 firmware that helps with Supra MTs (and BMW 330e's lol)
Yeah I have gotten JB4 working on my MT completely fine now but no one else has stepped up to test my "fix" to see if its repeatable lol.
Honestly, if you want easy power, keep the OEM downpipe and just get a JB+. That was the lowest effort, easy, smooth power upgrade I've ever done. Sold it to...
Here's a model example of an additive map fully dialed for an ~E20 blend (+6 psi additive with perfect timing, but fuel is nearly maxed)

No, going catless on MT causes a lot of throttle closures even on stock tune, but it still feels normal and smooth. When you add a piggyback in the mix, it is a mess.
you need a JB4 with EWG control and custom firmware to resolve it (or unlock+flash obv). My catless MT runs just fine on JB4...
Yes, that was going to be my next suggestion. You can probably drop FF to 40 as well when you change the duty biases.
Most catless cars I've reviewed have FF between 35-40 and similar duty bias to what my guide shows
I think he just means that a person will go out of their way to park right next to it, even if its an empty lot. I'm sure most of us have experienced that. It's pretty frustrating.
