I mean.. I didn’t smelt the metal. I bought a long ass bit of braided line, cut to length, attached the fittings, ate frozen pizza, undid the fittings, applied some E6000 to the fittings, reattached the fittings, realized I cut one too short, cut a new line, etc.

From my untrained eye, those appear to be 13/15s as you mentioned, both on the stocker wheels. Stocker tires. I'd be very surprised if anyone went to the trouble to upside the stock tires, as they are trash.
