We kinda went over this before, and yes, the very notion of concept is just that, concept. Ninety-plus percent of all concepts and/or prototypes never make it to production. However, it's worth noting this was a fully functional concept, which is outside of the norm, and the money TMNA spent...
I'm at 4,515 miles as of yesterday, and the shift action feels fantastic. Keeps getting better. Having a 500gr knob REALLY helps with reverse engagement motion too.
I love my MT so much!! Completely worth the wait and the extra cost.
Wow, I don't know what to say. Never had that issue, and installed it twice, using a new OE gasket each time. I'm simply flabbergasted.
BTW, my "brute force" comment in the old thread was simply about having someone else put firm lift pressure on the pipe from underneath while I lined up and...
Look closely at these pictures, as the old gasket is still attached to the Titan when I removed it. It lives in that groove, so I don't know if you're trying to put it somewhere else or what

My position on this...
..IS THAT I'M DOWN WITH THE THICKNESS!!
@NitroYellowMKV or die!
..because you might literally DIE with an inferior wheel, but hey, that $400 you saved can be put towards your funeral expenses, and your grieving family will appreciate that.
Same here with positions 1 & 2, however it's annoying that they didn't build in the "Easy Exit" mode so many other vehicles have, where the seat automatically moves back and the power tilt/telescopic wheel (if equipped) moves forward and up to make access easier.
I mean, for all intents & purposes the B48 is essentially a B58 with the front two cylinders removed. They develop the six cylinder architecture first, then work backward in order to create a four cylinder version of it. It's much more cost effective and results in a better design for both...
LOL, thanks for keeping it on topic then...and yeah, after watching the installation video, I saw EXACTLY how I could essentially duplicate the results for almost no cost. I DO still really want that one, and very much appreciate the work they put in and the ultra clean design of it, but just...
Honestly, my search for lower IATs would send me here first...
