  1. Headunit upgrade options?

As someone that tried multiple custom headunit screen solutions in a 370z... don't. It will be jank, and the 2 nice features you gain will not be worth the other 20 features hardly working anymore.
  2. 2021 mk5 Supra spacers suggestions

13mm front 15mm back is what I run with a tiny bit of camber and it's pretty flush, albeit I'm on stock springs/ride height and 285's in the rear. With 305's in the rear you might want to consider 13mm in the back depending on your camber/height. Got my sets from Burger...
  3. Toyota Teases GR Line Up: Supra MK6, Celica MK8, MR2 MK4, 86 MK3 and GR GT! (Bonus: Lexus LFA)

You say that like there isn't an entire generation of people that have been brainwashed by tiktok/instagram into believing big horsepower and 0-60 times are all that matters.
  4. What did you do to your Supra today?

Changed the battery as the original OEM one was finally dying. Also learned that the xHP OBD dongle is not compatible with Bimmerlink so I had to get a different one to code the new battery. (Hadn't ever used Bimmerlink/code until today since I haven't really had the need to) Kind of stupid...
  5. anyone using catless DP and stock exhaust

It's louder but not overly so. Sounds much louder when you're in a garage or next to a wall (especially on cold start), but you don't hear the exhaust too much in the cabin while at 30+ unless you're full throttle flooring it. The pops and bangs in sport mode get significantly more loud and...
  6. Official A90 Supra life cycle thread: updates, new variants, 2026 final model year?

I'm still betting on them either going hybrid turbo-I4 with an in-house powertrain, or a new V6/V8 for a new Lexus sports car to split with the MK6 similarly to Infinity coupes sharing an engine with the Z.
  7. Oil Pump Curiosity

5500 is definitely highway robbery. Most users like myself that went independent paid between 2K and 3K at worst. Find a good BMW / "European Car" repair shop, most of them know the Supra is basically a Z4 and will work on them. Mine ran about $2200 total including diagnostics/parts/labor...
  8. SUPRA ULTIMATE B58 JB4 GUIDE AND LOG REVIEW (V1)

From what I understand, people like how quick and easy it is to edit your boost curve/map through JB4. Still doesn't really make sense for me, though, since MHD/BM3 both have multi-map.
  9. Oil Pump Curiosity

Was unable to read oil level since the day I got the car (~23,000 when bought) - CEL, limp mode, and oil pump codes at ~31,500 at which point I replaced it. Paid right at $2,000 from a 3rd party shop, smooth sailing since.
  10. Milk for your motor

"Please learn to use the search function, there are already a million threads about which motor milk to use."
  11. Better Solution for an Intake Duct

If you've figured out a way to allow driver's assist package owners to use it without having to delete a sensor you can put me on the list.
  12. Annoying Soap suds rear light duct channel/boot

Can we please drop the politics and get back to the topic at hand of whether or not annoying crevices on cars is a Big Powertool conspiracy to sell more leafblowers to car enthusiasts for car drying?
  13. On To The Next Chapter

No, that's the drag timeslip threads on any American muscle car forum. We measure balls here, sir.
  14. Auto Stop Start

It's a modern car; the only thing you really need to avoid until up to temp (and really more like until the oil is plenty warmed up) is full throttle abusing the engine. Just let it sit for the 5-10 seconds until the RPMs drop on first startup and you're good to drive even without being a grandma.
  15. Soooooo State Side Unlock? Anyone?

If any other shops figure it out and actually do as good a job as FEMTO (and not some jank crap that can't run BM3/MHD like a certain other unlocker claims to have...) you'll probably save $100 on the service and $100-200 on shipping. Is a couple hundred bucks on a service that costs a grand or...
  16. XHP Reviews and Feedback!

It is extremely important that working class citizens can't make 5% more emissions in their weekend fun car to make up for the hundreds of Hollywood millionaires who take private jet flights from LA to San-Fran and back dozens of times a year. Thank you for your understanding.
  17. Feedback Appreciated - Variant Wheels Track Series

General logic would suggest that maximum weight savings whilst maintaining adequate structural integrity is the highest priority. If you can make something in 18's that are at least closeish to RPF-1 weights, that would get track guys here very interested, but if you end up in the 22+ pound...
  18. How to acquire a catted downpipe in California

I like how you guys make it sound like buying a downpipe in Cali is like buying certain illegal substances...
  19. New (and old) SupraMKV members say hello!

Could be a number of reasons why it's like that. Maybe the pervious owner preferred the 2023+ wheels and swapped them, or maybe some dumb tech scraped the hell out of the stock wheels on a curb and the 2023+ were the only ones that Toyota could get their hands on to replace them. Just inside...
