With the window all the way down, you should be able to coat the insides of those rubber seals that contact the window as it rolls up. You may need to press the window switch down to get it fully down.
My 2020 does not have isofix, nor does it have latch. It does have a rear anchor tether behind the seat which I find to be useless. My sons are 3 and 5 and I use the booster seat in the photo for both of them along with the regular seatbelt. The booster seat does not activate passenger airbag
š§š§scummers! Ok no one buy anything from that website. What a shame because I bet lots of people unknowingly send them money for stuff and never receive anything. Hopefully they get shut down and get flaming diarrhea
Just stumbled upon this. Too good to be true maybe? Anyone have experience with this company? $515 seems a lot less than what Iāve seen these being sold for...
What I did to prevent the window from sticking was first remove all ice/water, dirt, etc. from window, door, and chassis seals. It helps to do this on a warmer, dry day. Then, spray some silicone lubricant on a rag and wipe all the rubber seals you can, leaving a thin layer. Try to coat the...
Happened to me a couple times when temps got below freezing. Window wonāt drop the half inch when door opens. Then the door wonāt close fully because window is hitting rubber on top. Throw your seatbelt on and start driving with your heat on max. The window will eventually thaw out and drop down...
Sorry to hear that. Venmo is another method scammers love. Recently, a non-facebook member messaged me about something I was selling on fb marketplace. Asked me for my zelle or venmo email. Then sent me a bogus email with a bs reason the payment wouldnāt go through. Needless to say that guy got...
If I were you, Iād avoid the dealership at all costs. Iām in the same boat as you with a tuned 2020 and there are very few reasons Iād ever consider going to a dealership for pretty much anything at all. Any vehicleās brake fluid can be flushed and changed without hooking the car to a computer...
For engine oil, you could go with either 0w-20 or 0w-30 BMW Twin Power Turbo full synthetic. I usually get the full oil service package from ECS tuning. They have tons of different oils for the Supra. Hereās a link to oem BMW Brake fluid also from ECS. Itās just a Dot 4 fluid
I went ahead and ordered a brake fluid tester on amazon for less than $20 Here. I threw some batteries in it and went out to the garage. I had some old crappy brake fluid from a previous fluid change on another vehicle, so I tested the tester and it seemed to be accurate with the old fluid. I...
Just got this message in the beginning of this month. Original owner 2020 with a build date of 6/19 and at 9,100 miles but Iām just at the 36 month mark. I opened the cap to the fluid reservoir and the fluid was at the correct level but has a yellowish hue to it. I plan to get ahold of some test...
I use vise-grips to pinch the rubber part of brake lines when changing calipers. Still have to bleed system after install but this method only allows a small amount of air into line. Only pinch to the thickness of line minus inner diameter
Also, I should mention these have tabs on the backs that fit into holes on the car. Once you remove oem badges and backing plates, the holes become visible. Itās physically impossible to misalign these on the car.
