Yeah that sounds about right. I hear my intake slightly louder because I don’t have a downpipe so I get more intake and less exhaust noise. But it’s really not too far off from your car. 😊

I have the V2.0 MST and honestly it was a great decision in my behalf. Installation was easy, and the fitting was great. The sound is phenomenal! I can hear the intake from so far away, and it echoes like a beast!

I think it was just my burble settings affecting the amount of knock. I reverted to stock map and had slightly less knock but it was not a noticeable change. 😊

Yes, can be tuned but may still require bench unlock (2019/early 2020 model). 06/20 upwards ECU = hardware locked.

Even if the Supra is tunable, it still may need a bench unlock before tuning. There was a forum post somewhere which shows the firmware version of the dme you want to tune and subsequently tells you whether or not it requires a bench unlock (2019/early 2020 ECU models).

Best reason to buy a used early 2019/2020 model is that you can tune it easily and avoid the break-in period. Only disadvantage is that you don't really know how hard the car has been driven. Then again the B58 motor is a beast. I'd probably only be concerned with the condition of the turbo.

I was wondering the same. I am considering getting a Brembo ceramic brake kit for my Supra with the same piston setup. But I would ideally want to keep the same OEM brake bias if possible.

Is the gold wrap functional? Looks amazing with the clear cover. Considering buying a clear cover for my MST V2. intake as well. By far the best intake on the market in my opinion, I chose it over the Armaspeed and couldn't be happier.
