So my Supra is saying I need to take my vehicle to get an oil service but the oil levels are saying OK. What does this mean???

Hi everyone, I have suspicious black liquid drops on both sides of the car. I’m fairly sure it’s oil, but could well be a build up of dirt that’s dripped out. Cars pretty filthy atm as it’s winter here. As you can see in pics there’s drops in a row on both sides of where I park my car.
