Appreciate the kind words  All the support from everyone means the world to all of us and the entire team at Speed Logic! Thank you
After you guys installed my Rogue Engineering Short Shifter, I referred a friend to you guys to install his RE Short Shifter a few weeks ago. He loves it! Thanks for taking care of him.

Bump!

FEMTO & Autotuner ECU Unlocks are now substantially cheaper than previous - we will update our post to reflect within the next couple days once we get some time.

I saw you guys have your own Flex Fuel kit, how much does that run? I'm currently on MHD+ Stage 2 and looking to switch to the OTS Flex Fuel tune. Debating between your kit and the MHD one.

Thanks again to Speed Logic. Took care of me and some friends on Saturday. We all got unlocked with MHD installed and a few other things done that day like a flex fuel kit install, xHP flash, spark plug change and an oil change.

Speed Logic even treated us to plenty of Porto's while we hung out at the shop.

Having never owned a bmw and not knowing euro shops that are trustful, i actually went to them cause i saw your reviews here.
unfortunately, my experience so far has not been as good as yours was.
At this point, i am not happy with how they are handling things for me and my patience is running thin.

Sorry first and foremost for the late reply to this @boosted180sx

Unfortunately we went through some growing pains in regards to cost and potential issues offering In-House ECU Unlocks for 06/2020+ ECU models on original ECU Unlock methods. We had many successfully completed without issue but a couple including @boosted180sx didn't go as smooth as we would have wanted. Due to this situation we stopped offering the original methods that were much more invasive and more risky. Since then all ECU unlocks have been completed using a much safer and effective method and all have been good and smooth for our clients (thankfully). Many on this forum and local can vouch for this. It truly was not our intention for this situation to transpire for him the way it did - our intention was to offer something others couldn't and be innovative in such offerings and also undertake risk during this process to offer this to our clients and local Supra community vs mailing out to Autotuner/FEMTO with downtime (what we have been doing for almost 5+ years now with several 100s of ECU unlocked).

With that said, his car is back on the road after some heartache on both ends. We put in a new ECU, coded/programmed properly and got it Unlocked, tuned with MHD, along with MHD Flexfuel kit and he was finally able to pick up the vehicle today and is hopefully enjoying in good health. All cost absorbed on our end to make things correct which wasn't cheap to say the least. Either way we apologize for the delays in getting you tuned and unlocked and just happy to resolve the situation that wasn't ideal for either party - but we firmly stand on backing any product/service we offer and will never leave a client hanging under even the worst case circumstance. This posts hurts us to see and even respond to, but IMHO given the issues and problems how it is dealt with moving forward usually dictates the type of shop and how much we stand on our offerings including services/products we provide. If @boosted180sx can respond it will allow us to find closure to getting his car back to him, Tuned with MHD, MHD Flexfuel kit etc even if there was some delays through the process. We are all about full disclosure, have nothing to hide, and always take a lot of pride in what we do and will never leave a customer hanging no matter the situation. This will never change and we have been in business for well over 10+ years with this approach and mentality. We have and always will support the Supra community with our best intention. Nothing has and will change ever for us.

No worries. The post was made cause i was getting a little frustrated not getting an eta of when car will be fixed after a month. Few days after I made the post you guys called me giving me an eta.

I do 100% believe in this and albeit a long time, in the end, i believe it was handled fine.

I would like to say my bad experience came from the fact that a same day unlock ultimately became weeks of downtime. Thankfully i have a secondary car, so it didn't affect me as much as it would have if it was my only car but a hassle nonetheless. I was very patient with the whole issue, hoping the car would be back in a reasonable time, which ended up being 5 weeks (my initial drop off was 8/1) so my patience was running out towards the end.

My car is back in my possession as of yesterday and runs great. A flex fuel kit was originally not on the list and i was going to buy and install it myself later but my car was sitting there for so long, i figured i should just have speed logic install it. There was an E85 station like a mile away from speed logic and since my car was close to empty, i drove there, pumped some E, got to E40 and drove 25 miles home.

It was a sour experience but I am this glad this is over with and i'm pretty sure Rob is too. Would I take it to them again? Sure if its something I don't want to do myself. I did have them install the flex fuel kit and the install looks to be done very clean.
Whole ordeal was frustrating but I would like to think it was just the luck of the draw and hope the next time if i need to bring it down, I don't run into a long downtime again.
