As far as I know, BMW is using X-Ray tomography to do analysis of material bonding in chassis development... I'm sure Tada San is aware of it, but Idk if they've utilized it in the chassis development of the Z4/Supra.

The Z4/Supra chassis/body are manufactured in Dingolfing and sent in Partial Knockdown kit form to Magna-Steyr in Graz for assembly. This is why the vin’s start with WZ1 (rules of content origin).
