IMO, you havent done squat to promote spool or their products. There's already a couple of guys here that have better results and they paid for theirs.

Outside looking in, I guess some of us would just wonder, if you are returning the stuff wouldn't that be a refund instead of a charge back?

Sounds like the missing link here is a proper tune. How can you throw parts on with a tune created with an Etch a Sketch hardwired into a calculator watch from the 80s and blame the parts?? I wouldn't refund you either if that is the case. Seems like all you needed to do was get a real tune - test - and post some actual results.

idk at this point i am getting like blasted for fighting for my right in the end i think it was a miscommunication this is why contracts are good they protect everyone with specific needs trying to be met i just dont wanna deal with this .

Why didnt you go with Sameh instead of HTE? Why didn’t you talk to them before you chargedback and complained about the problems. Where did they say to blow up your car to get the numbers? Why didn’t you fix the problem that clearly wasn’t related to Spool’s products and then provide better data?


Coming from someone who was excited about the data that would come from this, I’m pretty disappointed…

I mean maybe the parts need time to self adjust. I'd give it two weeks and throw it back on the dyno. I bet with a little 89 octane and a flame tune it'll be fine.

i did talk to them , at this point i have 0 credibility . ill just return the fueling to stock excpet the LPFP thats there permanently as the way they designed it leaks fuel so we did a permanent solution ill pay for that np but i just dont want to deal with any of this anymore . ill simply return things and hopefully someone provides data in a better way than i did .
