Hello other Supra people, I am new here but have had my Supra for 3 years now. I got my DME unlocked and blindly chose bm3(saw a yt video and just pulled the trigger on it).I should have done more research otherwise, but I’m gonna just thug it out. I’m here to ask what port injection controller will work with bm3? I have flipped through a few threads here already. Found some answers but I’m still confused on how it works. I am shooting for an 800whp build come spring. Any answers would be greatly appreciated!

Wait for rev2 to come out and use that. It should be no more than a month from release. If you want the harness and other stuff dm me and I’ll put you in contact with my guy to get setup.

I did see this, I just hope I don’t have to send my DME back for an update.

What’s up brotha! You can the reflex motiv+ box with bm3. That’s what i have right now and it’s working perfect since it’s been dialed in with my tuner.

You do not if you have a clone ecu.
So if someone has a unlocked DME w/ BM3 (non-clone) Rev2 will not work?

At this point, Rev2 will probably come out at the end of 2027. They stated November for B58, but the S58 version isn't even out yet and there is only about a week and a half left in November.

I see Bootmod3's product releases take as long as their support tickets to get resolved.

Yeah I wished I did more research before I sent out my DME. Seems like they take super long on anything.

Just want to chime in and see how things are going for anyone else. I also bought bm3 about a year ago… been waiting on rev2 for probably a year at this point. About to switch to ecutek or MHD+ but I know as soon as I do rev2 will be released. I’m honestly about to ditch bm3 just out of principle.

At this point I don't think Rev2 will ever come out. Notice how they have been SUPER quiet since they announced it a year ago, and super quiet after promising it being out in November 2024 and... well... we know how that worked out.

I can't even log a lot of important items currently with BM3. Ironically they stated it was an issue with my ROM ID when I opened a support ticket but I just tried the MG flasher to log and magically the log items I was having issues with (Vanos for example) logged just fine with the same ROM ID.

Also, when using their support tickets, most of the people that respond either have no idea what they are doing or blame you for issues. The only guy that actually is logical, sincere and knows what he is doing is the founder/owner, Dzenan. He usually comes into the support tickets after the other monkeys do useless things.

If I over promised and under delivered something like this in my career I would be fired. Everyone is switching to MHD+.

What would you recommend to someone who doesn’t want to switch? Run something like maxxecu or relflex?

I hear you on that. Every time I’ve had a question (about rev2 or otherwise) their responses have been generously sprinkled with annoyance so I think I’ll move on to a different tuning platform. I can’t say anything good about bm3 or “pro tuning freaks”

Resurecting this thread. The Rev2 board for S58 platforms is released. Obviously, we are still waiting for compatibility on the B58 platform. Install looks like a PITA, it costs north of $1,500, and it's not truly plug-and-play if you watch the install video below (I know, it's an S58 so some of these things may not apply to B58 but for now, this is what we know). I feel a ton of assumptions were made by Bootmod3 on this thing, you still end up splicing wires if you need to pass emissions, etc. Nuts IMO, for how long it took them to develop the product.
