Engine Cover with port injection

Anyone have any good suggestions for the engine cover while using a secondary fuel rail (Port injection). The stock engine cover does not fit in place since the fuel rail moves the intake manifold up and out just a little bit. I can certainly run it with the engine cover off but then the engine bay is not that pretty to look at. What are people currently doing? I have seen the engine cover cut in half to cover the passenger side leaving the driver side exposed which is an option but was just wondering if someone has done anything else creative. Pictures would be a plus. Thanks.

No intercooler? You wouldn't want to put that on a B58.
EOS makes one though but it'll set you back $4k..
