After FEMTO returns my ECU, Do I lose all my coding I did for aftermarket seats, BIMMERCODE etc etc

Sending my ECU out to FEMTO,

Just wondering if everything goes back to stock in terms of coding?

I have an aftermarket seat which I coded out, but for some reason my cruise control does not work anymore.

Was hoping to recode it hoping it'll fix it all after.

Your ECU has absolutely nothing to do with body control modules. They are entirely different things.
