Anyone has an OBDLink in Kuwait?

I currently have the Veepeak OBD connector, and it's not giving me all the options on Bimmercode.

Currently can't access the Safety & Body domain sections, I don't know which OBD I'd need to access these sections.

If you're from Kuwait and have the correct OBD connector lmk, I only want to code in a few things.
