I attached a picture of my rear right and front right brake pads. Are they still good? I have around $27k miles on the odometer, and it’s daily driven, never tracked. Excuse the brake dust o_O. I thought about switching them to Powerstop Z16s for less brake dust, but if these still have life I’d rather wait.

Based on the pics, it appears your rears are wearing quicker than your front pads.
That's not typical and should be addressed.
Is the left side wearing as bad?

Here’s a picture of both the rear right and rear left pads.

Your first pic was from a weird angle. These look fine.

If he drives with nannies on, it would be normal. OP: 5mm or so of pad is safe. You can get down to the wear line, if you aren't pushing the car very hard.

I do want to replace my pads with the Powerstop z16s. I talked to a local shop and they’d install it for me for $230. I also spoke with a Toyota Dealership and they said they’d charge $400 just for the installation alone.

I assume our brake pads have wear sensors. Question: does the Supra’s (brake) idiot light appear and do the brakes make a squealing noise when the pads wear down to the sensors? Thanks

If you look at the pictures OP posted you can see a larger lip with a smaller area of material between it and the rotor. That lip is the backing plate and the other material is your brake pad. If there's not much material (typically 4mm or so is considered low) between that backing plate and your rotor, then your pads are worn.

Do it yourself. Plenty of YouTube videos to reference. Probably take as long to remove and reinstall the wheels as it does to swap pads. $400 to change pads…🤪

I wish I could. I’m just gonna take it to the place that’s charging $230. I don’t have the proper tools to jack up the car at the moment, and I’ll be moving to a different city very soon, so I’d rather just get it out the way than wait for parts/tools to arrive. Maybe in the future? 🤔

Changing your pads is easy once you are used to it, but it's better if you have some tools, and even better if you have a knowledgeable buddy for the first time.
Especially on the Supra, the front pads are glued from factory, which might be a bit scary for a first time.
Concerning OP pics, you can drive easy 10k more miles with that. Our cars have sensors so they will warn you anyway. But stop making burnouts, your rear pads will thank you ;)
