Are these strut rods? Or what are they called?

I am looking for what the name of these are because I need some to stabilize my wing haha what is this and does anyone know someone who sells it?

I would call them connecting rods or links perhaps.

hard to tell, but most likely a pipe-body turnbuckle. and the end is probably a straight balljoint rod end bearing.

note that rods that run parallel to the wing will NOT reduce wobble. You could add three or four rods like that and the uprights will still wobble. You can Google "parallelogram linkage" if you want to learn more. you need to triangulate.
